After reading this post and relating so much to what you said about the personal and private experiences and emotions you have when you read, I can't tell you how much I loved "The Time Traveler's Wife". I have never been so moved by a story or cared more about what happened to the characters in a book. I've read all the Twilight books, all the Harry Potter books, and The Notebook and in my opinion, The Time Traveler's Wife surpasses them all. Please read it.
